1. All prices ex-works Faridabad.  Packing if required extra @3%of order value.
2. Taxes and duties extra, as applicable at time of dispatch. 
3. Payment 30% advance with order, balance with taxes against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.
4. Inspection at our works before dispatch.
5. Insurance – by you at your cost.
6. Freight to your account.

VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
OUR OFFER IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS.
WARRANTY
The Equipment is in accordance with specification suitable in Design, Material and Workman ship.  The Warranty Covers any manufacturing defects during the period of 12 months from the date of dispatch of the Machine.
The Warranty is not valid on bought out items that includes (Electricals, Motors, Rubber Seals & Valves etc.)
